Join Team Enzo for City-to-Bay 2025

Each year, Team Enzo comes together for the City-to-Bay Fun Run in Adelaide, and 2025 marks a truly special milestone. Earlier this year, Enzo underwent a successful Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI)—a life-extending procedure that has given him more precious years to walk, roll, and smile his way through this beloved event.

On September 21, Enzo will once again take on the 6km course, often in his wheelchair, surrounded by a sea of green shirts and smiling faces. His team—made up of family, friends, teachers, and supporters—will walk, run, and cheer their way through the 3km, 6km, and 12km routes, united by one mission: to raise awareness and funds for Enzo’s ongoing medical care and participation in life-changing clinical trials in Boston.

Funds raised go directly to the Enzo Cornejo Necessitous Circumstances Fund, helping cover:

• Medical and treatments
• Travel for clinical trials with the Progeria Research Foundation
• Community events that bring joy and connection to Enzo’s life

City-to-Bay is more than a fun run for Team Enzo—it’s a celebration of resilience, community, and the power of collective kindness. Every step taken and every dollar donated brings us closer to better treatments and, one day, a cure.
